Jylvaris Consulting was founded in 2022 by a team of organizational psychologists and business strategists frustrated with the disconnect between academic research and real-world workplace practice. We recognized that many organizations were investing in change initiatives that didn't stick—not because the ideas were wrong, but because they weren't grounded in the psychology of how people actually work.
Today, we work with organizations across Canada—from ambitious scale-ups in Toronto to established manufacturers in Quebec—to diagnose their toughest people challenges and implement solutions that transform culture and performance.
